Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Al's Guns ships merchandise to locations within the United States.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Firearms must be shipped to your licensed dealer.  We cannot and will not ship firearms directly to you unless you are a Federal Firearms Dealer.  A copy of your license or your local dealers licesnse must be received before we will ship.    Refer below for instructions:

We do not sell or ship internationally.

Sales Tax

Al's Guns charges sales tax for merchandise purchased and/or shipped in New York State.
